Windows Media Center Gadgets for Sideshow go RC

It’s good to see that the WMC SideShow Gadgets aren’t just another project that will show to be promising, but ultimately progresses nowhere.
Interestingly there was also a link to the Sideshow section of the Live Gallery to show off some of the available gadgets (Twitter, Facebook, System Health, etc), but not at the usual location (live.gallery.com), but at vista.gallery.microsoft.com/vista/SideShow.aspx. What a terrible URL!

Without joining the ‘Connection’ you get a really unfriendly access denied page.
